Tekneka type-K bead wire temperature probe is a thermocouple probe that uses a thin wire made of thermocouple alloy (Chromel-Alumel) to measure high-precision temperature. The wire is inserted into a ceramic or metal bead, which is subsequently inserted into the material or environment whose temperature is being measured. Temperature probes made by Tekneka can measure temperatures up to 350°C and are widely used in industrial and laboratory environments. They can survive hostile environments and are also incredibly resilient and corrosion-resistant. K-type Tekneka probes are utilized in a wide range of applications, including furnace monitoring, heat treating, and process control, and come in different sizes (1.5 and 5 meters).
