The machine is not intended for the filtration of flammable or explosive vapours. Only for electric cooking equipment.
Operation:
Fumes enter the hood, which includes an initial mechanical filtration stage (baffle filters) to filter the largest par- ticles. The fumes then pass through the filtration module, which consists of a second dynamic filter and two electrostatic filtration stages, with a combined efficiency of more than 98%. Finally, the fumes circulate through the fan and the activated carbon filters and exit through the sides.
