This taylor-made cake line is developed to produce cakes in trays of 600 x 400 mm. The line starts with a SYRUP SPRAYER to spray syrup or liquor on the sponge; thereafter the GEARWHEEL or PISTON DEPOSITOR will deposit a layer of cream. The tray continues along the U-shaped conveyor to add, for example, fruits or nuts on the cream and then the next layer of sponge is put on top.
